What a fantastic experience…

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. It’s always refreshing to work with people like Amanda, Travis, and their team, who obviously value customer service and genuinely appreciate the opportunity to prove that they’re some of the best in the business. Too often these days, I feel like companies have the attitude that you’re lucky they even took the time to deal with you, but not the folks at Absolute. Communication is easy and prompt, appointments are arrived at punctually, prices are fair, the work exceeds expectation, and you just get the feeling that you’re dealing with good people.

What a great company to work with! Travis was professional, super helpful and willing to work with our changes. Seriously, as good as it gets.

Seriously, as good as it gets. I did my homework with about 5 different companies. Not only did Travis use beautiful red cedar, his customer service and job was over the top, but he was also the most affordable.

My boyfriend had his fence replaced about 6 months before I did, and he ran into so many problems. We just “accepted” that mis-scheduling and gaps under the fence line was just the way it was done. Well, absolutely no gaps under my fence and it’s straight as an arrow. Plus, they removed trees along the fence line. When it was all said and done, a beautiful fence was the only evidence they were even here.

I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend Absolute Fence & Gate.

Fantastic Experience

We had a fantastic experience with Travis and his crew and would absolutely recommend them.

High winds during Hurricane Harvey knocked over a significant portion of our street facing fence (we have a corner lot). Since the fence would be viewed by anyone driving by, we really wanted it to be attractive. My engineer husband also wanted to feel comfortable with the quality of materials and installation. We interviewed about 3 different fence companies, but I immediately knew I wanted to work with Travis. He was responsive, professional and polite. He used clarifying questions to ensure we were on the exact same page with what we wanted, and his quote was on par with others in the area.

We went with a horizontal cedar fence with steel fence posts. It’s well built and wonderful. There was some miscommunication with his team that Travis quickly rectified to ensure we were happy. My husband and I are both extremely satisfied with the work.
